Device details and maintenance

From Locks, long-press a lock or open its action menu. The selected site and your permissions determine whether you see a member information sheet or device-management tools.

Member view

Review the lock's status and the access schedule shown for you. If Update Required appears, follow the prompt and contact authorized staff when a lock update is needed.

Device-management view

When available, open Device Details to inspect battery, connectivity, firmware, and device information. The menu can also offer unlock, identify/flash LED, and recent activity actions.

Use Recent Activity or Activity History to inspect device events, and open a row for more detail. Activity access is permission-dependent; a maintenance role does not imply access to every person's history.

Lock settings

Open the settings control from Device Details. Depending on your permissions, you can inspect or edit device details and access Software Update. Configuration for externally managed Link sites remains under the external system's control.

Where supported, device details show behavior and locking information. Temporary Service mode and Hibernate controls are separate from scheduled device policies. Read the confirmation before using either.

Nearby Bluetooth operations require you to remain within range. If an action is unavailable, check site permissions, firmware support, and the device's current state.
