Seamless brings together a web dashboard for managing access and mobile apps for using and maintaining locks. Your organization contains sites: the places whose members, doors, access rules, and settings you manage together.

How the pieces fit together
User groups organize people. Access grants combine doors and schedules and are shared with user groups. Credentials identify the person at a door. Device policies control how locks behave.
Your role determines which management tools you can use. It may differ from one site to another. A missing menu can mean you do not have permission for that task at the selected site.
