Mobile settings

Open Settings to review your profile summary, preferences such as theme, app information, and sign-out controls. Check the app version here when reporting a problem.

Your account and selected site determine which additional tools appear. Installation or maintenance settings are intended for authorized staff; ordinary door access does not require changing them.

Use the phone's operating-system settings to change Bluetooth or other app permissions. Password and multi-factor authentication changes use your organization's sign-in provider.

Before signing out, make sure you can sign in again when needed. Temporary pass sessions have their own exit/sign-in flow; see Temporary passes.
