Resend an invitation
If a person has not completed account setup, open Directory or the appropriate site's Members page and find their profile. Use Resend invitation in the available actions.
Confirm the email address before resending. Ask the recipient to check their spam folder and follow the latest invitation. Account setup follows the organization's configured sign-in method.
If the person already signs in successfully but cannot open a door, check site membership, access grants, schedules, and credentials. Another invitation will not correct missing door access.
