Analytics

Analytics is an organization-wide view of access activity. Open it from the organization context with the appropriate permissions.

Explore activity​

Choose a date range and use the available views:

  • Overview: access totals and summary trends.
  • Time Analysis: patterns by time and peak usage.
  • Access Methods: use of different credential technologies.
  • User Behavior: user access frequency and activity patterns.
  • Historical Trends: changes in access activity over time.

Analytics are not grouped by the retired Groups model. They exclude devices no longer in the organization. For a particular door or individual attempt, use device access logs.

Use the available report export options to download a report. For an event-by-event CSV with person and credential filters, use Export access logs.

An empty chart can mean no matching activity in the selected period. Review the date range and reported device activity before treating it as a device fault.
