View and manage devices

Find a device

Select the organization or site, open Devices, and search for the lock. Check the site and device name before opening its details.

The detail view includes device identity and reported health, activity, behavior, and access information. Available actions depend on your role and the site's management type.

Review health and behavior

Check battery status, firmware, connectivity or last-seen information, and the reported behavior. Use the Behavior and Access views to understand the device's configuration and supported access settings.

Device information may lag while a lock is offline or synchronizes less frequently. Compare the reported state with the policy you intended to apply.

Change configuration

Use the site's Device Policies to manage behavior, locking, and accepted credential technologies. Update the lock's identity details through the available edit controls.

For Link sites managed externally, the external access-control system owns configuration. Follow the dashboard's management notice instead of trying to override that source from a device policy.

Installation, nearby Bluetooth tools, and firmware updates are described in the mobile device guide.
