Export access logs

Download a CSV

1. Open a device's access logs.
2. Select the date range, time zone, person, credential types, and event types you want.
3. Select Export to CSV and wait for the download.

The export uses the current filters and fetches matching entries beyond the visible page. Clear filters first if you want all available events in the selected date range.

The CSV contains Device, Device Id, Timestamp, Event Type, User, Credential Type, and Credential Id. Timestamps use the selected display time zone. Missing values may appear as N/A.

Open the file in a spreadsheet application. If export fails, check connectivity and retry; the dashboard shows an error rather than a completed report.
