Check the selected context
The context switcher distinguishes the organization from individual sites. At organization level, Directory, Sites, Devices, Analytics, and Org Settings support shared administration.
At a Seamless site, Members, User Groups, Access Grants, Devices, Device Policies, Temporary Access, and Site Settings support work at that location. Available pages depend on your permissions.
Choose the right page
- To change who belongs to a team, edit a user group.
- To change which doors or hours a team gets, edit an access grant.
- To change how a lock behaves, edit its device policy.
- To change who can manage the site, edit site roles.
- To inspect what happened at a door, open the device's access logs.
Link sites use integration-focused pages and may have externally managed configuration.
