Seamless and Link sites
An organization can contain sites managed through Seamless Dashboard or Link API. Select the correct site before changing access or device settings.
Seamless Dashboard sites
Use the dashboard to manage members, user groups, access grants, credentials, and device policies. Members use the mobile app or another supported credential to open doors. Authorized staff use the mobile app for installation and maintenance.
Link API sites
Link sites support integrations with another access-control system. Their dashboard provides device, configuration, credential, and temporary-access tools according to your permissions. They do not use the same member/user-group/access-grant workflow as Seamless Dashboard sites.
If a Link site is managed externally, its external access-control system owns lock modes, locking behavior, schedules, and credentials. You can still view reported device information in Seamless, but the dashboard explains why policy editing is unavailable. Coordinate configuration changes with the integration owner.
Temporary access requires its own site setup. The existence of a Link site does not mean guest passes or wallet credentials are already enabled.
